It's hard to believe that DiCaprio hasn't been nominated in 11 years. The 19-year-old prodigy has grown into a seasoned, 30-year-old member of Hollywood royalty. Portraying a previous member of this select Hollywood pantheon is exactly the type of role that wins Best Actor Oscars. |

Johnny Depp - Finding Neverland |

Something of a surprise nominee due to being largely shut out in critical awards, Depp's presence here has to concern the other contenders. Still the recipient of continued goodwill for his portrayal of Captain Jack Sparrow, he might get votes from people who feel he has paid his dues. |
